Global Awareness Because our members, candidates, partners, local societies, and employees are located around the globe, every single CFA Institute employee strives to be culturally aware. Compensation is composed of two major components: base salary and incentive compensation. Base salary is reviewed annually based on performance and other factors. Incentive compensation is based on organization and employee performance.
