Building awareness around the world

Charterholder Recognition A week-long campaign congratulating the 7,353 charterholders that earned their CFA charter in 2010 launches on 26 February. This integrated campaign includes global print and online advertisements, driving traffic to an enhanced microsite which displays the names of the 2010 charterholders. New functionality and personalized share options were added this year to keep content fresh and deepen engagement. The website also includes interactive maps showing the number of charters awarded by country over the past 20 years, as well as a section that compares occupational and top employer data for various countries. CFA Program Awareness
In support of organizational efforts to increase awareness of the CFA Program among young professionals, we run advertising campaigns promoting the CFA Program in select markets. These campaigns have two flights, one leading up to the second enrollment deadline for the June exam, and one prior to the second enrollment deadline for the December exam.

Private Wealth Management
A large percentage of CFA charterholders manage the wealth of individual investors. CFA Institute launched a targeted advertising campaign two years ago to help educate high-net-worth individuals of the value of CFA Institute and CFA charterholders. The campaign is currently running in the United States and Canada.
