The business and corporate powers of CFA Institute are exercised by, or under the authority of, the Board of Governors. The Board of Governors allows certain functions, with their oversight, to be performed by the officers of CFA Institute or committees formed by the Board. The Board is the highest governing authority of CFA Institute.
