Global Employer campaign: the Facts

Advertising Initiatives Building awareness around the world Global Employer

This digital-only campaign was developed to increase awareness of the CFA Program and the CFA designation among investment and financial services companies around the world. It features three creative concepts: Global Relevance, the Facts, and Virtues, which will rotate throughout the campaign. Advertisements will run on prominent financial and business websites, including Bloomberg, Dealbook, the Economist, Financial Times, LinkedIn, Seeking Alpha, and the Wall Street Journal, and will include a call to action that brings interested visitors to the "Value of a Charter" web page developed specifically for this campaign.

CFA Program Awareness

To increase awareness of the CFA Program among young professionals, we are running advertising campaigns promoting the CFA Program in China (PDF), India (PDF), and France (PDF).

These campaigns have two flights, one leading up to the second enrollment deadline for the June exam, and one prior to the second enrollment deadline for the December exam.

Check out (and "like") the French Facebook page that was recently developed as the landing page for our newest Program Awareness campaign targeting prospective candidates in France.

Asset Manager Code of Professional Conduct

To raise the level of awareness for the Asset Manager Code of Professional Conduct among institutional investors (plan sponsors) and adoption of the code by asset management firms, this digital campaign will run for six months starting 22 August and will drive traffic to a new Asset Manager Code of Professional Conduct page on our enterprise site.

Private Wealth Management

This campaign educates high-net-worth investors of the value of having a charterholder as their wealth manager; nearly one-third of CFA Charterholders serve high-net-worth investors in the private sector. Print advertisements can be found in the Economist, the Atlantic, Bloomberg Markets, and several other prominent financial publications. Online advertisements are running on various sites including SmartMoney, the Wall Street Journal, Globe & Mail, the Financial Times, and CNBC.

Charterholder Recognition

This campaign congratulated the 7,353 charterholders that earned their CFA charter in 2010. It included global print and online advertisements, driving traffic to an enhanced microsite.
