Compensation Subcommittee

Purpose

The Compensation Subcommittee is a subcommittee of the Executive Committee, consisting of the members of the Executive Committee but excluding the President and CEO. The Compensation Subcommittee acts to set appropriate compensation policies for personnel of CFA Institute and for the President and CEO and set the annual compensation of the President and CEO.
