Ms. Grover holds an MBA from James Madison University and a BBA in finance and accounting from Georgia State University.
Professional Experience
Ms. Grover is a GIPS analyst in the Investment Performance Standards Policy Group of the CFA Institute Centre for Financial Market Integrity. She works on developing new project ideas for the GIPS standards. Among her other roles, she acts as a staff liaison for numerous global volunteer committees that oversee the development and promulgation of the Global Investment Performance Standards. Through these committees, she collaboratively conducts in-depth research and analysis on complex problems relating to the Standards. Furthermore, she is involved in the study of current practices in investment performance measurement globally and in the development of educational materials,and business lines that educate and promote the Standards.
Previously, Ms. Grover worked with Morgan Stanley Investment Management. She has also served in the financial media, insurance, and pharmaceutical industries.
