Professional Experience
Ms. Fang is a director of investment
performance standards in the CFA Institute Centre for Financial Market
Integrity New York office. She is responsible for maintaining the Global
Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) through management of the
interpretations process, developing guidance for new technical areas,
promulgating the GIPS standards and serving as a thought leader, and
collaborating with global volunteer committees that oversee the
development and promotion of the Standards.
Prior to joining CFA Institute, Ms. Fang worked in the investment management industry as a securities accountant, portfolio associate, senior consultant, performance associate, and manager. She has experience in financial reporting and analysis, fundamental research, asset allocation, manager due diligence, and risk and performance measurement.

Ms. Fang is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts (NYSSA).
