Expanding our professional investor education on governance issues, including two supplements to the Corporate Governance Manual on:
- Executive compensation practices
- Non-financial factors, especially environmental and social ones, affecting investments
Improving financial statement presentation by supporting a joint project to create a uniform presentation standard to help investors and creditors understand companies' operations and value.
