Capital Markets Policy Council
The Capital Markets Policy Council work with the Capital Markets Policy Group staff to give practical expertise and industry perspective and assists with research and advocacy in response to critical issues in the capital markets by:
- Developing and presenting policy solutions to international securities regulators
- Educating market participants to better understand the causes and implications of market events
What We Do
- Provide analysis and practitioner expertise on issues such as self-regulatory systems
- Contribute data on local research topics, including country comparisons of executive compensation practices
- Collaborate on comment letters regarding proposed policies to the FSA, U.S. SEC, others
