After your application is received, if all entrance requirements are met and the application is approved, an official acceptance e-mail will be sent to you.

If you do not receive an official acceptance e-mail within two to three days after submitting your application, you should contact us.

Applications are considered incomplete if:

• Education or work details are not provided (only one notice from CFA Institute will be provided). Application must by complete within 30 days of written notice
• Professional Conduct Inquiry and Candidate Responsibility Statement are not completed
• Appropriate payment is not submitted

If an applicant/candidate does not properly complete the application within the designated time period or does not meet the entrance requirements, the application will be canceled and the applicant/candidate will receive a reimbursement of all current registration and exam enrollment fees.

Applicants/candidates with canceled applications will not be eligible to sit for the current exam unless a new complete registration and enrollment form is submitted by the stated deadlines and all current fees are paid.
