Complaint Center
Notify us of complaints against candidates and members by:
Security Caution: Do not send confidential or sensitive information or any supporting documents via attachment through e-mail. Send all such materials to the mailing address above. E-mail is not secure and may be intercepted by third parties while in transit.
To be investigated, complaints should include the following:
- Description of the type of matter at issue
- Sufficient information and documentation supporting the allegations in your complaint
- Your name, address, e-mail, and/or phone number (we may need to contact you for more information or copies of documents)
