Editor Michael D. Underhill, along with the book's many contributors, does a great job of explaining and elaborating on the important issues of infrastructure investing, inlcuding the major types of infrastructure, such as transportation, communication, social, and energy/utilities. Additionally, the book provides a particularly interesting section on the process of privatizing the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
