Payment is due at the time of registration. Forms received without payment will be confirmed on a space-available basis when payment is received. Confirmation e-mails will be sent within two weeks of receipt of your paid registration. Checks and wire transfers will be accepted in British pounds or U.S. dollars at the published price. All credit card transactions will be processed in U.S. dollars. UK VAT registration number: 639 2706 21. Attendance is limited - please register early.

 

Your Registration Fee Includes: A notebook containing conference materials, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch, the opportunity to meet with investment colleagues and speakers from around the world, and post-conference access to presentation materials online.

 

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of £50 (or U.S. equivalent) applies for all cancellations received after 19 September 2008. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received within 24 hours of program start. Substitutions from the same company are accepted with fee adjustment, if appropriate. Sharing of registrations is not permitted.
