Fee and Travel Information

 

Workshop Fee: US$995 + GST (as applicable)

 

GST: The GST included in the registration fee is not eligible for a tax refund. Please consult the Canadian Revenue Agency for more information.

 

Payment is due at time of registration. Forms received without payment will be confirmed on a space-available basis when payment is received. Confirmation e-mails will be sent within two weeks of receipt of your paid registration. All credit card transactions will be processed in U.S. dollars. Checks and wire transfers will be accepted in Canadian dollars or U.S. dollars, at current exchange rates. Please contact us for more information. Your Registration Fee Includes: A notebook containing workshop materials, a copy of the GIPS® Handbook, continental breakfast, refreshment breaks, lunch, and the opportunity to meet with investment colleagues from around the world.

 

Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of US$150 applies for all cancellations received after 25 November 2008. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations received within 24 hours of program start. Substitutions from the same company are accepted with fee adjustment, if appropriate. Sharing of registrations is not permitted.

 

Hotel Information: CFA Institute has arranged for a special group rate at the Westin Harbour Castle. Reservations should be made directly with the hotel. You must refer to the “CFA Institute group” when contacting the hotel, and reservations should be made by 18 November 2008 to take advantage of our discounted rate. The CFA Institute rate at the Westin Harbour Castle is CAD$199 for single/double occupancy, subject to availability.
