David M. Webb retired in 1998 and divides his
time between non-profit governance advocacy, including
Webb-site.com, and researching the Hong Kong market, particularly
smaller companies. Previously, he was a corporate finance director
at BZW Asia Limited, conducting equity issues and advisory mandates
throughout Asia. Mr. Webb then became in-house adviser to Wheelock,
a local listed conglomerate. His publications include
Supercharge Your Spectrum and Advanced Spectrum Machine
Language, both books on machine language programming for the
Z-80 based Sinclair Spectrum computer. Mr. Webb also wrote a number
of best-selling games for the Spectrum and Commodore 64, which were
in the first generation of 8-bit home computers. He has served as
the elected non-executive director of Hong Kong Exchanges and
Clearing Limited, chairman of Hong Kong Mensa, and non-executive
director of ASrIA. He was a member of Hong Kong's Takeovers and
Mergers Panel and the Takeovers Appeal Committee, the Shareholders'
Subcommittee of the HKSAR Government Standing Committee on Company
Law Reform, the Working Group on New Market Development of the
Stock Exchange of Hong Kong, the SFC Public Shareholders
Group, and the Hong Kong Securities Institute. Mr. Webb has been
recognized by Business Week as a Star of Asia and was
Financial Technology Asia magazine's TMT Analyst of the Year
in 2000. He was named a Global Leader for Tomorrow by World
Economic Forum, and was a member of both the Forum of Young
Global Leaders and CFO magazine’s Global 100. Mr. Webb
graduated from Exeter College, Oxford University.

Benoit Descourtieux, CFA, is a founder
and principal at Calypso Capital Limited. Previously, Mr. Benoit was
president and CFO for Lombard Odier (Asia) Limited, acting as office
head and CIO. He also was an associate director at Indocam Asset
Management, the Asian investment arm of Credit Agricole Asset
Management, managing equity, fixed income, and balanced products with
both absolute return and benchmark focus. Mr. Benoit served on the
AIMR (now CFA Institute) Candidate Curriculum Committee, which
designs the content of the CFA Program. He also served as a grader
for the CFA exam, grading derivative questions, and pre-tested CFA
exam questions.

Elizabeth Y.S. Soon, CFA, is a partner at HSZ
Group, an independent investment management company. She is
responsible for managing China-focused portfolios and Asian funds.
Ms. Soon has more than 18 years of experience in investment
management, including 10 years with Schroder Investment Management
as director and head of Asia ex-Japan responsible for asset
allocation and stock selection. She was a member of the Global
Asset Allocation Committee in Hong Kong and managed a number of
Asian retail unit trusts and large institutional portfolios.
Previously, Ms. Soon was director and head of Pacific Basin
Investment for Standard Life Investments (Asia) Ltd., where she was
responsible for the management of the Group’s Asian funds and the
Global Balanced Fund in Hong Kong, and executive director of
Fortune REIT, a company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. Ms.
Soon is a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Directors and is a
member of the Examinations Committee of the Hong Kong Securities
Institute. She was an Executive Committee member and the vice
chairman of the China Subcommittee of the HK Investment Funds
Association (HKIFA). Ms. Soon holds an MBA from the Manchester
Business School, UK.

Song Shen manages the equity research team in
metal and mining for Asia ex-Japan at Goldman Sachs, primarily
focusing on equities listed in China. Previously, Mr. Song was an
executive director and a managing director at Goldman Sachs and an
auditor and a licensed CPA in New York. He also worked for JP Morgan,
covering the metal and mining sector. Mr. Song's team was ranked
number one in metal and mining by Institutional Investor in
2007 and in the top three by Asia Money in 2007. He also
received the Financial Times 2006 Analyst Awards Asia for the
top overall earnings estimator. He holds a BA in economics from
Southwest University of Finance and Economics, China, and an MBA in
finance from the University of Chicago.

Stuart Winchester, CFA, is a
managing director at Allianz Global Investor, where he is
responsible for equities in Hong Kong's global balanced funds. He
also manages Oriental Income, a total return fund investing in the
Asia Pacific region that has won numerous performance awards.
Previously, Mr. Winchester worked for Wood Gundy and spent six
years in Japan before transferring to Indonesia to run an affiliate
joint venture merchant bank. He holds a master’s degree in
international management from the American Graduate School of
International Management.
