Pride Month
June is Pride Month in many countries around the world and presents an opportunity for us to give particular focus to the support, celebration, and voices of the LGBTQ+ community. We also take time to commemorate a history filled with struggles and accomplishments, and acknowledge that we have a long way to go. In March, we launched, and became the first signatory to, the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Code for the Investment Profession in the US and Canada. The Code supports organizations as they engage on measurable and proven steps that can help to improve diversity, equity and inclusion. Our commitment is driven by our belief that inclusion is an action, and our actions must extend beyond the month of June. We live our identities every day of the year, and we therefore commit to creating a workplace where everyone can feel safe, valued, and respected.
How Has Investor Trust Evolved?
In the 2022 CFA Institute Investor Trust Study, the fifth in our biennial series, we examine the themes affecting investor trust and explore how investment firms can enhance and strengthen their practices to be more deserving of that trust for the long term.
