Compensation and Benefits
We strive to maintain a compensation program that is fair, competitive, and supportive of the strategic goals of the organization. Compensation is composed of two major components: base salary and incentive compensation. Base salary is reviewed annually based on performance and other factors. Incentive compensation is based on organization and individual employee performance.
Because our members, candidates, partners, local societies, and employees are located around the globe, every single CFA Institute employee strives to be culturally aware. To further this important goal, all full-time employees are eligible to participate in our International Rotation Assignment Program, which allows individuals to spend a certain period of time working with staff at a different CFA Institute office around the world.
We provide ample opportunities for employees to enjoy their lives beyond work by offering a generous paid leave and holiday program with a flexible work arrangement option. In addition to salary, we provide attractive, comprehensive benefit programs for all our employees designed to promote and protect good health, plan for retirement, and provide access to worthwhile community resources.
