In 2018, CFA Institute market research confirmed that adviser emotional intelligence (EQ) skills are increasingly valued by high-net-worth investors and practitioners alike.

Hosted by CFA Institute, CFA Society Seattle

In this practical, interactive workshop, participants will discover their baseline EQ proficiencies through a pre-conference online assessment and then work in small groups to hone their listening and interviewing skills for optimal effectiveness with high-net-worth investors.
