Thomas J. Boczar CFA

Thomas J. Boczar, CFA, is senior managing director, strategic initiatives, at Lombard International. Previously, he was CEO at Intelligent Edge Advisors. Mr. Boczar has written more than 50 articles on single-stock concentration risk management and the tax-efficient monetization of various forms of concentrated wealth, and he has co-authored a reading on the topic that is part of the CFA Program curriculum. He holds an LLM degree in taxation and an advanced certificate in estate planning from New York University School of Law and MPAcc, MBA, and JD degrees from the University of Miami.

Greg Wilder

Greg Wilder is executive director at J.P. Morgan Private Bank. He has been a tax partner with two international accounting firms and has provided comprehensive wealth retention and management services, including income tax and estate tax planning, business succession planning, life insurance, retirement, and all forms of financial planning. Previously, Mr. Wilder led Arthur Andersen's private client services practice in Florida from its inception until its cessation. He then joined Grant Thornton and founded Grant Thornton's family wealth planning practice while managing its central Florida tax practice. Mr. Wilder has been named as one of Worth magazine's 100 Most Respected Financial Advisors. Greg is a licensed CPA (Florida and Georgia) and tax attorney (Florida).

Pete Ruggerio

Pete Ruggiero is managing director and head of the Global Capital Markets Group for NAI Global and the managing director of NAI Intelligent Edge. Previously, he led a team of more than 50 senior investment sales professionals as national managing director of the Colliers Investment Services Group. Prior to that, Mr. Ruggiero served as a principal for Prudential Real Estate Investors, where he managed the national sales platform and orchestrated the sale or disposition of commercial real estate.
