Take control of what people say about you when you are not in the room. In this presentation, Andy Lopata discusses how networks can support us and help overcome career challenges. However, it is first necessary to overcome preconceptions that lead some finance professionals to avoid networking or view it with suspicion. Strong, trusted networks can help us develop our careers and be more effective in our roles.
