Arthur Budaghyan, CFA, is senior vice president, emerging markets strategy, at BCA Research. He is responsible for emerging markets trading strategies and is the chief strategist for the Emerging Markets Strategy service. Mr. Budaghyan also oversees the firm’s Frontier Markets Strategy service, which he helped develop and launch. Previously, he spent four years in Armenia with a regulatory government organization supervising financial markets. Mr. Budaghyan has an MBA from American University of Armenia and an MSc in economic policy management from McGill University.
