Lalita Raman is a leadership, communications, transitions and business coach. Raman founded Transitions Intl Limited in 2012 and works with senior executives, high-caliber leaders and high-potential talent to grow and expand their skills, nurture their executive and leadership presence and accelerate their transition to new or expanded leadership roles. In two decades in Hong Kong, Raman has worked in investment banking and leadership roles for Citigroup, Jardine Fleming, Morgan Stanley, ABN Amro, JP Morgan and RBS. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is an ICF ACC certified coach. She is a certified Dale Carnegie Trainer, Genos International Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and DISC Practitioner.
