About the Speaker(s)
Swati Kulkarni, CFA, is executive vice president and fund manager (equity) at UTI Asset Management Company Ltd. She has close to three decades of experience in the finance industry and has been the fund manager at UTI since 2004. Before that, she was part of the fund management team involved in equity research, quantitative analysis, product reviews, etc. Ms. Kulkarni currently manages assets worth USD1.5 billion under three domestic equity strategies. She earned her masters’ degree in financial management from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai, where she distinguished herself as a rank-holder. She is also a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB – UTI).
Shreenivas Kunte, CFA, CIPM, is a director of continuing education and advocacy at CFA Institute. In this role, Mr. Kunte contributes to thought leadership in the investment profession. He writes on investing topics in leading publications and represents CFA Institute at conferences and forums. Mr. Kunte serves as an external research scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Previously, he worked as the country trading strategist for Citi in Tokyo, Japan. He holds a degree in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai.
