Heidi Ridley CFA

Heidi Ridley, CFA, is co-founder and CEO of Radiant ESG, a consulting firm that advises on approaches to ESG investing and programs that promote diversity and inclusion. Previously, she was CEO of Rosenberg Equities. Ms. Ridley is a champion of ESG investing, an advocate for diversity and inclusion, and a member of the advisory council at the Center for Equity, Gender, and Leadership at the Haas School of Business. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and she completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business Executive Education Program.
