The Securities Commission in Argentina (CNV) is the regulator for the financial services sector in Argentina.
Requirements to Practice
The Securities Commission requires that all representatives pass a certification examination consisting of 6 modules.
CNV exempts candidates who have passed the CFA Level I exam from modules 3, 4, 5 and 6. Candidates will only have to sit for modules 1 and 2. See General Resolution 706 (PDF).
