Requirements to Practice
Securities brokers and investment advisors must meet the professional requirements established by the Polish Ministry of Finance and the KNF.
The Polish Ministry of Finance accepts the CFA Charter as fulfilling the professional requirements for both securities brokers and investment advisors.
Charterholders must also take the local qualification test which contains 30 questions on Polish regulations related to the financial market and economy.
