Join us in Boston as we explore emerging ideas, actionable insights, and the latest research to unlock the power of collective intelligence. Engage in dialogue to build a sustainable path toward a diverse, inclusive, and impactful future.

Hosted by CFA Institute

Since launching the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Code (US and Canada) in February 2022, CFA Institute has received regular requests for closer and more meaningful collaboration in this space.

With this objective in mind, we invite you to join us on 5-6 March 2024 at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center for our inaugural DEI conference — Thrive: Enhancing Outcomes through Collective Intelligence. This flagship CFA Institute conference will convene members of the investment community to consider how integrating inclusion can drive positive change in the investment industry, translating research into actions that bolster markets, ethics, and investor outcomes. This conference offers an opportunity to unite with members of the investment community in tackling shared complex challenges collaboratively.

Neuroscientist and bestselling author, Dr. Hannah Critchlow, will present the keynote on how joined-up thinking helps us benefit from our diverse knowledge and ways of working.

Attendees to the event will gain actionable insights on:

  • optimizing investment teams by reimagining talent management, career pathing, and workforce planning,
  • building and sustaining an inclusive and equitable culture that can thrive in the ever evolving ‘future of work,’
  • using data to measure the success of DEI initiatives,

...and much more.

We are currently finalizing the agenda for the conference and have confirmed speakers from notable organizations such as CalSTERS, CalPERS, and MassPRIM.
