Catherine Chandler-Crichlow is executive director of the Centre of Excellence in Financial Services Education, part of the Toronto Financial Services Alliance. Previously, she worked as an associate vice president of education and training at TD Bank Financial Group. Dr. Chandler-Crichlow has also served as an adviser to such international agencies as the Toronto International Leadership Centre for Financial Sector Supervision and has overseen program building for financial sector supervisors throughout the world. She served as director of corporate programs for the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto and has written books about human capacity development.

Warren Bell is executive vice president and chief human resources officer at OMERS. Previously, he served as senior vice president, corporate human resources, at TD Bank Group. Mr. Bell serves as the regional chair (Toronto) for the advisory board of the Telfer School of Management of the University of Ottawa and sits on the Talent and Education Executive Council of the Toronto Financial Services Alliance and on the board of directors of the Bruce Trail Conservancy.

Pierre Lavallée is senior vice president and chief talent officer at CPP Investment Board (CPPIB). Previously, he served as vice president and head of funds and secondaries in the private investments department at CPPIB. Mr. Lavallée also served as executive vice president at Reitmans (Canada) Limited, as managing partner at Bain & Company, and as trade commissioner in the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade, and Development for the Government of Canada. He holds a bachelor of social sciences degree and an MA degree in economics from the University of Ottawa.
