Mark Armbruster, CFA, is the chief investment officer of Alesco Advisors LLC, where he sets and implements the firm’s investment policy, including the management of equity, fixed-income, and alternative investment portfolios for high-net-worth families and institutional investors. Prior to his tenure at Alesco, he worked in the equity research department at Salomon Smith Barney, first covering the aerospace and defense industries and subsequently in equity strategy. Mr. Armbruster currently serves on the CFA Society of Rochester board of directors. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester.
