Overview

The Chief Investment Officer (CIO) helps investment firms navigate the uncertainties of the financial marketplace. CIOs play an important role in ensuring that financial service providers satisfy the mandates given to them by their clients. From devising investment strategies and building portfolios to monitoring performance and interacting with stakeholders, CIOs manage and deliver on a number of sub-functions that are essential for executing investment policy needs.

Questions to be addressed in this webinar include:

  • How does the role of a CIO vary based on the type of institution served — from endowments to family offices and Financial Advisory Firms?
  • What does a typical CIO’s investment decision-making process require?
  • What are some of today’s trends in the outsourced CIO world?

This is the archived version of a live webinar that took place 12 July 2018.
