As a CFA Program candidate, you’ll have access to the Learning Ecosystem (LES), your all-in-one study platform for desktop and mobile. It includes the full curriculum, practice questions, mock exams, and personalized study tools to help you stay on track.

The LES digital learning platform will provide you with:

Through the Learning Ecosystem, you have access to the curriculum for your selected exam plus 1,000+ practice questions, two official mock exams released approximately 60 days before each exam window, a custom-designed study planner, curriculum-based flashcards, and more. The LES is also where you can access your Practical Skills Modules.
Further preparation with the Practice Pack
The Practice Pack is an optional add-on to the Learning Ecosystem. It includes extra practice questions, immediate access to additional official mock exams, and one Prometric mock exam that simulates the exam-day experience. All questions included are written by the same individuals who write the questions you’ll see on exam day.
Third party exam preparation providers
In addition to the study support provided by CFA Institute, you can benefit from extra exam prep courses and materials from third party providers. CFA Institute Prep Providers agree to follow CFA Institute guidelines and standards in their offerings and communications with candidates.

At each level of the CFA Program, the curriculum is broken down into easy-to-understand lessons, with a progress tracker and study planner to help you monitor your performance. As you study in the LES, you will receive recommendations and suggested activities based on how you are doing. By working with the right material at the right time, you can focus on areas of improvement.
How do you access the Learning Ecosystem?

How long do you have access to the Learning Ecosystem?
You can access the Learning Ecosystem for the entire time you are a registered candidate for a CFA exam.
What is the difference between the Learning Ecosystem and the Practice Pack?
The Learning Ecosystem (LES) is the platform through which you can access the CFA Program curriculum, mock exams, and Practical Skills Modules. The Practice Pack is an optional study pack that you can purchase and access via the LES. It contains additional mock exams, practice questions, and a simulated mock exam.
