What programs/certificates are available on the Learning Ecosystem (LES) app?
Registered candidates in the following programs can access their LES through the app:
- CFA Program

What types of devices are compatible with the LES app?
The LES app can be installed on iOS or Android devices.
How do I download the LES app?
Based on your device, visit Apple’s App Store or Google Play and search for “CFA Institute Learning.” Select the application and follow the instructions to install.
Can I use the LES app on multiple devices?
Yes, the app can be used across multiple devices and each will sync to your LES account.
Can I increase the font size or size of images and equations?
Sizing and zoom can be adjusted in your device settings.
- For iOS, navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Zoom.
- For Android, navigate to Settings > Accessibility > Magnification and turn on the Magnification shortcut.
Is functionality in the LES app different than in the online version?
Yes, some features will work differently. Specifically, highlighting is not available in the app. If there is functionality that does not seem to work or does not meet your expectations, please let us know.
Is the content in the LES app different than the online, desktop version?
No, the content is the same.
How do I report technical issues with the LES app?
Visit the CFA Institute Customer Support website and select the LES app under the Featured Topics. Call 24-hour Customer Service toll free from Sunday 5:00 p.m. ET to Friday 12:00 p.m. ET. We are happy to help.
What if I am unable to download the app in my country?
Android users can download an .apk file to install locally on your device. If other access or technical download issues occur, please contact our Customer Support.
What if my app won’t load or crashes?
The most common reasons are that (1) your device may not have enough memory; The Apple version requires 150MB and the Android, 100MB or (2) the download was interrupted. Try deleting the app and re-installing.
How can I rate my app experience?
You can leave a rating and a review in Apple’s App Store or the Google Play store. You can also provide feedback to CFA Institute by contacting Customer Support.
