About the Speaker(s)

Anand Pillai is the Managing Director of Leadership Matters, a company focused on promoting intrapreneurship in organizations. With almost 40 years of experience, Anand is a seasoned industry veteran and expert in leadership coaching and organizational transformation. His goal is to help clients improve their performance skills and behaviours by implementing best management practices. Anand has coached and trained C-level executives, senior and middle managers across various sectors. Anand's previous corporate role was as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at Reliance Industries. Prior to that, he was the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Talent Transformation at HCL Technologies. He has won various awards for his work in talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement, including a special award for his patented work on measuring employee passion and its application in employee engagement and leadership development. Anand has also done extensive research on cross-cultural relationships, intrapreneurship, and innovation and is widely sought after as a consultant on these subjects globally.

Litesh Gada is extremely passionate about equity investments and has almost 15 years of professional experience in private equity, investment management, direct tax (advisory), mergers and acquisitions (tax and regulatory), and corporate finance. He has rich and in-depth knowledge in valuation, investment structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and transfer pricing. Gada has hands-on experience in the entire investment process from deal initiation until disbursement of money to the companies. He has been responsible for monitoring and handholding portfolio companies on a regular basis. Gada’s core expertise is to assist midsize and small companies that have growth potential in raising funds and scaling operations. Gada is a CFA® charterholder, chartered accountant (CA), and company secretary (CS). He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in commerce from Mumbai University.
