About the Speaker(s)
Sandeep Gupta, CFA, a serial startup entrepreneur, is the Co-Founder of BHIVE Alts (Fintech) and BHIVE Lucretius Fund (Cat 2 SEBI Registered Alternative Investment Fund). He is now working towards creating the first fully regulated Alternative Asset Tokenization Platform catering to both Indian and Global Investors. His last corporate role was as head of Fractional Investments at Magicbricks. Sandeep is a blockchain enthusiast and had earlier founded Trusken Blockchain Solutions and Frooms (Fractional Rooms) with an aim of creating blockchain security tokens backed by real estate. Sandeep has over two decades of real estate transactions and investment experience. He has worked for marquee corporations such as BCCL (TOI Group), Britannia (Wadia Group), New Chennai Township, GMR, Cinepolis, and ISB. Sandeep is a Charter Holder from the CFA institute USA and is a Certified Investment Performance Measurement professional. He is a B. Com from Delhi University and is a Post Graduate in Management from IIM, Ahmedabad. He is an active volunteer with CFA Society India.
Litesh Gada is extremely passionate about equity investments and has almost 15 years of professional experience in private equity, investment management, direct tax (advisory), mergers and acquisitions (tax and regulatory), and corporate finance. He has rich and in-depth knowledge in valuation, investment structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and transfer pricing. Gada has hands-on experience in the entire investment process from deal initiation until disbursement of money to the companies. He has been responsible for monitoring and handholding portfolio companies on a regular basis. Gada’s core expertise is to assist midsize and small companies that have growth potential in raising funds and scaling operations. Gada is a CFA® charterholder, chartered accountant (CA), and company secretary (CS). He earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in commerce from Mumbai University.
