CFA Institute, a 501(c)6 organization incorporated in the state of Virginia, and its Board of Governors are committed to upholding a high standard of governance in the US not-for-profit sector and aspire to align the organization’s public disclosure practices with US public company standards wherever practical and reasonable. We believe a philosophy of candor and transparency is the key to facilitating a relationship of trust with our constituents and the public at large.

Annual Meeting of Members / FY2024 Proxy Statement

The CFA Institute Annual Meeting of Members will be held virtually on Wednesday, 31 July 2024, 8:00am EDT / 12:00:00 UTC. Regular Members are encouraged to participate via live audio webcast (Zoom Webinar). For instructions for joining the meeting, please see the Notice of Annual Meeting of Members provided in the FY2024 Proxy Statement. Agenda and Rules of Procedure for the Annual Meeting of Members can be found here.

The proxy is solicited on behalf of the CFA Institute Board of Governors. Whether or not you plan to attend the Annual Meeting of Members, please vote your proxy following the instructions provided in the Notice of Annual Meeting of Members. Regular Members are eligible to vote as of the Record Date (23 May 2024). To vote electronically, please visit https://vote.escvote.com/cfainstitute.
