The CFA Institute Annual Meeting of Members will be held virtually on Wednesday, 31 July 2024, 8:00am EDT / 12:00:00 UTC. Regular Members are encouraged to participate via live audio webcast (Zoom Webinar). For instructions for joining the meeting, please see the Notice of Annual Meeting of Members provided in the FY2024 Proxy Statement. The proxy is solicited on behalf of the CFA Institute Board of Governors. Whether or not you plan to attend the Annual Meeting of Members, please vote your proxy following the instructions provided in the Notice of Annual Meeting of Members.
