CFA Institute, a 501(c)6 organization incorporated in the state of Virginia, and its Board of Governors are committed to upholding a high standard of governance in the US not-for-profit sector and aspire to align the organization’s public disclosure practices with US public company standards wherever practical and reasonable. We believe a philosophy of candor and transparency is the key to facilitating a relationship of trust with our constituents and the public at large.

Nomination Recommendations to Serve on the CFA Institute Board of Governors (Annual Meeting of Members / Proxy Statement)

Officer (Chair and Vice Chair) and Governor recommendations have been approved by the Board of Governors at their Q3 meeting held 20-21 May 2024. Candidate nominations identified below will be presented to the membership for election at the Annual Meeting of Members to be held virtually on 31 July 2024. The Notice of Meeting and Proxy Statement will be released to Regular Members on or about 3 June 2024.
