CFA Exam Calculator Policy

Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct
The Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct (Code and Standards) are the ethical benchmark for investment professionals around the globe. As a CFA Institute member, CFA Program candidate, or CIPM® Program candidate you are required to follow the Code and Standards.

Candidate Agreement 
When you enroll in CFA Program, you are committing to the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct. As part of the enrollment and registration process, you must also agree to abide by the Candidate Agreement.

CFA Exam Misconduct and Rules Violations
If you engage in any misconduct during the CFA exam, you may be dismissed from the test center and subject to other penalties. Read all Misconduct and Rules Violations.

CFA Exam Personal Belongings Policy
The CFA Exam Personal Belongings Policy lists the items that may be permitted in the testing room and those that may not.

CFA Program Level I Withdrawal Option
CFA Institute offers a withdrawal option for Level I candidates. There are no withdrawal options for Levels II and III. Use the self assessment tool to determine if you may qualify for a withdrawal.

CFA Program Refund Policy
In some cases, a full refund of your enrollment and registration fees is available within three (3) days of payment. Use the self assessment tool to determine if you may qualify for a refund.

Customs Fees and Shipping
Customs fees may be required for CFA Program curriculum shipments to international customers.

CFA Program Print Curriculum Information
A print version of the CFA Program curriculum is available for purchase. The print version provides the curriculum as a set of six volumes. Shipping and customs fees apply.

OFAC Compliance Policy
CFA Institute complies with The Office of Foreign Assets Control ("OFAC") Policy, and is unable to work with individuals who live in countries subject to certain sanctions. Review the OFAC Policy to check if there are any sanctions on your country.

Exam Score Retabulation
If you are not satisfied with your exam result, you may request that your exam score be manually retabulated.

Disability Accommodations
CFA Institute is committed to offering the CFA exam in a manner and location accessible to individuals with disabilities, in compliance with legal regulations. Learn about the requirements for requesting disability accommodations.

Religious Alternate Date Testing Accommodations
If you have a religious obligation or belief that prevents you from taking the exam on Saturday, we will arrange for you to sit for the exam either on the Sunday or Monday following the regular exam date. Learn about the requirements for requesting religious alternate date testing accommodations. 

CFA Program Payment Methods
