We believe the best minds can change the world, which is why we support professionals from a variety of different backgrounds and across the globe, and we began before they even stepped foot on the job ladder.

I am here in Florida Gulf Coast University’s Bloomberg Lab. I’m in the very early stages of my career and CFA journey. The CFA® Program gives you technical depth, but it also gives you credibility, especially for students like me coming from schools that employers don’t always target.

I am the first graduate at home and I believe that with that goal that I’ve achieved, it becomes easy for my siblings, and my nieces to have someone to look up to. 

We help them become fully fledged professionals so they can serve others.

As for the future, I’m excited whether I’m researching markets, advising clients, or shaping economic policy. I know that every decision I make will influence real people, real communities, and real futures.

Becoming a charterholder is so unique. First of all, there are a select few of us that actually get to say we’re charterholders, which is amazing. And now that I’ve earned that charter, I’m able to connect with a lot of individuals across the world.

I am extremely proud of the fact that I get to help retirees manage their money. Business owners make sure that they’re gaining something on their cash instead of just letting it sit. Giving them that sense of self and realizing what their life can be because of what you’ve done with their money is just...there’s no other feeling like it in the world.

I was born and raised in Mongolia and I just had such a nomadic lifestyle, just riding horses, herding sheep.  At 16, I kind of surprised everyone by scoring slightly well on my math test, and I was accepted to a Fina school. On the first day of school, everything changed because a young professor walked into the room and wrote three big letters on the board and it read CFA.

Honestly, it’s just more than an exam. I cannot wait for paying it forward and really helping the next generation of CFA candidates to benefit from the program, like I did.

And in an ever changing world, continuing education from CFA Institute ensures CFA charterholders remain competitive. 

Having a CFA charter or being a charterholder gave me the credibility to stay competitive.

I feel safe and I feel supported by the CFA Institute and all the major changes that he has been done the few last years. Adding the practical skill modules. But I am confident that I have this continuous learning. I am I in the cutting edge of my profession, and I am competitive.
